Box 852770, Richardson, TX 75085 855-292-9309. Dealer/Installation Provider – The dealership that installed the Product on Your vehicle to protect Your vehicle’s catalytic converter. Limited Warranty - this Limited Warranty, which You have been provided with Your purchase of the Product. Manufacturer, We, Us and Our (Warrantor) – Chem Etch Manufacturing Inc., P.O. Box 924231 Houston, TX 77292 877-564-2565. Product – the DNA Trace System Catalytic Converter Product installed on Your vehicle’s catalytic converter. Repair Facility – a Repair Facility licensed to perform mechanical repairs. You, Your, Limited Warranty Holder – the customer that purchased the Product. COVERAGE: This Limited Warranty guarantees that the DNA TRACE SYSTEM CATALYTIC CONVERTER PRODUCT (“Product”) will provide coverage as described below: The Product is fully guaranteed against defects in materials or workmanship. If the Product is properly installed by the Dealer/Installation Provider and Your vehicle’s catalytic converter is stolen, Administrator will provide a credit to the Dealer/Installation Provider or Repair Facility of up to ____________ dollars ($________) towards the purchase of a replacement catalytic converter only. This Limited Warranty does not cover product damage that may have resulted from normal wear and tear or misuse/abuse of the Product. This Limited Warranty does not cover damage and/or theft to Your vehicle’s catalytic converter if the Product is not properly installed by the Dealer/Installation Provider or Repair Facility on Your vehicle’s catalytic converter. The theft of Your vehicle does not constitute as a coverable claim. This Limited Warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. The Product is permanently on Your vehicle’s catalytic converter; therefore, this Limited Warranty is non-cancellable and non-refundable. ELIGIBILITY: If You are within fifty (50) miles of the Dealer/Installation Provider, return to the Dealer/Installation Provider for the verification of Your claim. All towing costs are at Your expense. If You live more than fifty (50) miles from the Dealer/Installation Provider You may alternately verify Your claim with a Repair Facility. FILING A CLAIM: Please contact Administrator. Proof of Purchase as evidence the Product was purchased from a Dealer/Installation Provider or Repair Facility is required for service. Your vehicle’s catalytic converter must have the Product installed and in place at the time the catalytic converter was stolen to receive coverage under this Limited Warranty. Proof of loss is required to file a claim (examples of Proof of Loss could be pictures of Your vehicle with the catalytic convertor missing or a police report). If after a credit to the Dealer/Installation Provider or Repair Facility has been provided and there is a residual benefit amount remaining, an additional Product must be reapplied to Your vehicle’s catalytic converter to continue coverage under this Limited Warranty. The customer service representative will provide information on Your claim options and claim settlement. This Limited Warranty shall expire upon replacement of Your vehicle’s catalytic converter unless You have a residual benefit amount, and the Dealer/Installation Provider or Repair Facility has installed an additional Product on the replacement catalytic converter, or the Limited Warranty reached the Limited Warranty Expiration Date as shown above, or You no longer own the vehicle.
